Use your sewing skills to get customers and support the circular economy at the same time.

The big idea is: people all over the country will bring their used curtains/bed covers and a used pillow/quilt to their local Draughtii Maker – who will then create a Draughtii for them.

This is the perfect example of the circular economy where local materials are reused in local production for local customers.

We also have made a start on transport whereby the Draughtii Express (bicycle carrier) will collect the material from the customer and return the Draughtii. This system is running in Kingston upon Thames and will be expanding with the Maker Marketplace.
